The Heart Gallery of South Texas is a program of Foster Angels of South Texas and part of the statewide Heart Galleries of Texas initiative. We are dedicated to raising awareness about children in foster care who are waiting for adoption. In collaboration with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), our program works to connect children with loving, permanent families by sharing their stories and helping adoptive families access resources and support after adoption.
